How to make Keto Fat Bombs?


Ingredients (Base Recipe – Chocolate Peanut Butter)

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients:
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and cream cheese. Microwave for 15–20 seconds if needed to soften. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add Flavor:
  4. Mix in cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  5. Portion Out:
  6. Scoop the mixture into silicone molds, mini muffin liners, or drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Freeze:
  8. Place in the freezer for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  9. Store:
  10. Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge (up to 2 weeks) or freezer (up to 3 months).

Flavor Variations:

  • Berry Cheesecake: Swap cocoa for 2 tbsp mashed berries + a little lemon zest
  • Coconut Vanilla: Add shredded coconut and a few drops of coconut extract
