Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast (12 oz)
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh chives, plus more for serving
- 8 slices sourdough bread (1/2 inch thick), toasted
- 3 small radishes, thinly sliced
Directions
Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey (if using), salt, and celery seeds.
Step 2: Include the chopped almonds, tarragon, chives, and shredded rotisserie chicken. Mix until the dressing is evenly distributed over the chicken.
