How to make Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie at home?


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
  • Optional add-ins:
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for extra creaminess

Instructions:

  1. Blend It Up: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
