Air Fryer Egg Magic

Ingredients:

  • As many large eggs as you’d like (6–12 works well depending on your air fryer size)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer (Optional): Some models don’t require this, but if yours does, preheat to 270–275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the Eggs in the Basket: Arrange the eggs in a single layer. No need for oil or water.
  3. Cook:
  4. Soft-boiled: 9–10 minutes
  5. Medium-boiled: 11–12 minutes
  6. Hard-boiled: 13–15 minutes
  7. Ice Bath Immediately: Once done, transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water for at least 5 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier.
  8. Peel and Enjoy: Tap, roll, and peel. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
