Homemade Healthy Snacks: Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind: almond, oat, coconut, dairy)
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or keto sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a jar or bowl, stir together chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Let It Set: Stir well again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
- Serve: Top with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, granola, or nut butter.
