Homemade Healthy Snacks: Chia Pudding


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind: almond, oat, coconut, dairy)
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or keto sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a jar or bowl, stir together chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Let It Set: Stir well again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
  4. Serve: Top with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, granola, or nut butter.
